CrossFit Intuition offers high-intensity, personal fitness training in a group setting. We are a community that provides friendship, support and motivation to one another. We develop athletes of all ages, shapes and sizes. We increase your fitness so that you can improve your quality of life. We want you to excel in every aspect whether your fitness leads you into competitive sports, playing with your grandkids or just experiencing life to its fullest.
At CrossFit Intuition we follow the CrossFit methodology, which involves a core strength & conditioning program that delivers fitness that is by design; broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life – pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.
